Deposit

We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total rental price. For reservations made in less than 60 days of rental, payment in full is due at time of booking.

Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been credited to our bank account, we have received the rental agreement signed by you and we have sent you our reservation confirmation email.

Balance due

Balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. For reservations made in less than 60 days of rental, payment in full is due at time of booking. If we do not receive your balance due on time, your reservation will be cancelled and we will retain the deposit.

Security deposit

The security deposit of €1000.- covers the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay at the property and its contents, condition of the property is at the sale discretion of us.

• Rentals are for 7-day periods, Saturday to Saturday

• Exeptions on request during low and mid-season

If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking or the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment due on time, then we shall be entitled to the following:

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival: retain of the deposit by the owner.

Cancellation 60 days or less prior to scheduled arrival: retain of 100% of the rental price by the owner.

We must receive written notification of your cancellation within the form of email.
